Running Technique Workshop - 1:1
Workshop for all levels - whether you are just starting out, have been running for a while, or maybe having picked up niggles or injuries from running. This workshop includes a video analysis of your running, personalised coaching points, running drills, pacing, speed work, running muscle strength, agility, and flexibility. By the end of this workshop, you will be a more confident runner and will have improved your form, technique and speed. Time and location individually arranged.
