How does it work
In your first session we will identify your goals and create a specific and measurable plan. We will identify areas to work on and get started on your journey. We will meet you weekly or fortnightly to work on different areas towards your goal. In-between sessions, you get continuous support and guidance via phone calls or emails.
Everyone is different so you will get a fully personalised Mental Skills Training Programme. This will enable you to reach your full potential!

Individual One-to-One Session
Explore your individual goals and find ways to achieve them.
This session is for everyone who wants to know where their strengths and weaknesses are for achieving a certain goal or reaching a certain performance. Together, we will explore and analyse aspects important to your success, and translate them into specific and measurable goals. This includes two sessions - one for the analysis and one where we discuss results and define actions.
