Personal Training is a great and safe way of getting fit as you get a fully personalised training programme. In your first session, you will set goals and your coach will develop a fully customised programme for you. For best results, we recommend to train once or twice a week with your coach for at least 3 months. You can also complement your Personal Training sessions with Bootcamps or Running Classes to maximise your results.

Book your 1:1 Personal Training session and get your journey to greater fitness started! You can book one session to try it our or as a technique session before joining bootcamp, or you can book blocks of 6 or 12 sessions.
If you want to train on your own but want a professional personalised programme and regular reviews to keep you motivated, accountable, and on track with your goals,these PT + Programme packages might be just what you are after. These packages include up to 2 months of access to your coach, continuous support and weekly check-ins.
1 PT + 1 Programme
A PT session plus an professional individualised programme for you to do on your own. It is up to you how long you want to to one programme. When you are ready to progress, you can simply book another PT/Programme package. This package includes 1 month of access to your coach, continuous support and weekly check-ins.
Two PT sessions plus two professional individualised programmes for you to do on your own. It is up to you how long you want to to one programme. When you are ready to progress, simply use your second PT session for a new workout, review and new programme. This package includes up to 2 months of access to your coach, continuous support and weekly check-ins.
Once you are ready to move on, or just want a little help... These packages are great for long-term commitment and consistency in training, educating and enabling you to take control of your own training whilst the regular engagement with your PT allows for regular reviews to make sure you are on track and to amend and fine-tune your training. Great if you want to make maintainable and lasting changes, and for keeping motivation, focus and commitment high.
