Personal Training is a great and safe way of getting fit as you get a fully personalised training programme. In your first session, you will set goals and your coach will develop a fully customised programme for you. For best results, we recommend to train once or twice a week with your coach. You can also complement your Personal Training sessions with Bootcamps or Running Classes to maximise your results.
