Running Technique Workshop (60-90mins) + a personalised training programme, so you can work on your running goals in your own time. For all levels - whether you are just starting out, have been running for a while, or maybe having picked up niggles or injuries from running. The workshop includes a video analysis of your running technique, assessment of running muscle strength, agility, and flexibility. We will then analyse all the data and design a personalised running training programme just for you. By the end of this, you will be a more confident runner and will have improved your form, technique and speed. Time and location individually arranged.
