Running Technique Workshop 1:1 + Report + Programme + Coaching Session
Running Technique Workshop (60-90mins) + a personalised training programme + a coaching session (45mins) to show you how to implement your training programme, so you can work on your running goals in your own time. For all levels - whether you are just starting out, have been running for a while, or maybe having picked up niggles or injuries from running. The workshop includes a video analysis of your running technique, assessment of running muscle strength, agility, and flexibility. We will then analyse all the data and design a personalised running training programme just for you. We will meet again for a personalised coaching session to show you all the exercises and make sure you are comfortable doing them with the right technique. Then, you are good to go!
By the end of this, you will be a more confident runner and will have improved your form, technique and speed. Time and location individually arranged.
