It's awesome to have you with us! Achievement Coaching bootcamps are so much more than just exercise classes. They are holistic fitness programmes based on sport science and years of experience, designed to help each member to reach their very own fitness and wellbeing goal, with continuous coach support along the way. In our unique programme each member gets a 1:1 session with your coach where you spend half an hour together to review your goals, assess muscle strength, look at technique, and devise a plan to train you the best way possible. You will also have regular review sessions to asses your progress and goals. All the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. What’s more, you have full flexibility to make up any missed class at other bootcamp classes or at our unique BODY BLiTZ programme within a month.
Here are three quick steps to get you started.
STEP 1. Book your 1:1 Personal Training Consultation with your coach
We will meet either straight before or after Bootcamp. Please allow 30 minutes for this session.
STEP 2. Fill out your Fitness Questionnaire prior to your 1:1 Consultation to help us train you the best way possible.
